Rodeo, musical entertainment, carnival among attractions for last day at Wyandotte County Fair

The Wyandotte County Fair will be open from 2 p.m. to midnight on Saturday, July 16, the last day of the fair this year.

The fair features a rodeo, musical entertainment and a carnival on Saturday. There will be live musical entertainment all day.

The High Stakes Rodeo will be from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Rodeo Arena. There are also food, concessions and vendors at the fair.

The admission charge is $5 per person, with ages 12 and younger free. There is a $5 parking fee. There will be no additional charge for the musical entertainment or the rodeo. Carnival rides have an extra charge.

Country music will be featured Saturday.

Performing at the fair’s Main Stage on Saturday will be Luke Hupp, 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.; Vigil Annie, 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., Lily B. Moonflower, 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Jimmy Harris, 8 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Jarrod Turner, 10 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Performing at the fair’s Shade Pavilion will be Mr. Stinky Feet, 3:15 p.m. to 4 p.m.; The Nite Owls, 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.; and Bob Kamler, 8:30 p.m. to 11 p.m.

The Wyandotte County Fairgrounds are at 13700 Polfer Road, Kansas City, Kansas.
