Nearly 1,100 students were candidates for graduation at Emporia State University this spring, including several from Wyandotte County.
The Wyandotte County candidates for graduation included:
• Brianna Nicole Bell of Bonner Springs, Kansas, with a Master of Science degree in Educational Administration.
• Nicole M. Bishop of Bonner Springs, Kansas, with a Master of Arts degree in English.
• Vicky Lynn Herbster of Bonner Springs, Kansas, with a Master of Science degree in School Counseling.
• Laura Jo Castillo of Kansas City, Kansas, with a Bachelor of Science in Business degree in Accounting.
• Brandon Goodwin of Kansas City, Kansas, with a Master of Science degree in Educational Administration with a concentration in Educational Administration Prek-12.
• JaShawn Markeyce Wallace of Kansas City, Kansas, with a Bachelor of Science in Education degree in Social Sciences.
• Tyrone T. Weaver of Kansas City, Kansas, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation.
• Dakoda W. White of Kansas City, Kansas, with a Bachelor of Science in Business degree in Business Administration and a minor in Music.
• Justin Robert Wieser of Kansas City, Kansas, with a Master of Science degree in Health, Physical Education and Recreation.
