The Kansas City, Kansas, Board of Education has scheduled special meetings on Friday evening and on Saturday.
A special board meeting is scheduled at 5 p.m. Friday, March 26, on Zoom.
Another special board meeting is scheduled at 8:30 a.m. Saturday, March 27, on Zoom.
According to the agendas, the Friday and Saturday meetings include a closed, executive session on non-elected personnel.
The agendas for Friday and Saturday stated that the board will be discussing modification of a proposed policy.

The school board on Tuesday approved a return to in-person classes on Wednesday, March 31.
The district is offering parents a choice of either in-person or remote classes for their children. More than 85 percent chose in-person classes. A select group of students, especially those with connectivity issues, seniors who needed to meet graduation requirements and special education students, went back to in-person school on Feb. 22.
