The victim of a homicide at 1:30 p.m. Aug. 30 in the 1400 block of North 75th Drive has been identified, according to police.
The victim was Kevin Fowler, 29, a resident of Kansas City, Kansas, police stated.
He was found dead from an apparent gunshot wound to the chest, according to police.
The case is under investigation by the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division. Anyone with information is asked to call the TIPS hotline at 816-474-TIPS.
