Three Wyandotte County students have received degrees from Washburn University, Topeka, Kansas.
Graduates include:
• Rebecca Weimer of Bonner Springs completed a Associate of Science in Radiologic Technology.
• Omar Diosdado of Kansas City, Kansas, completed a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice in Law Enforcement.
• Madelin Hayes of Kansas City, Kansas, completed a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice in Security Administration.
The degrees were awarded in the spring of 2018.
The Kansas City, Kansas, Board of Education will meet at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 11, at John F. Kennedy Elementary School, 2600 N. 72nd St., Kansas City, Kansas.
Parking for the school board meeting will be at the Eisenhower Middle School, 2901 N. 72nd St., and shuttle vans will run between the two schools from 8 a.m. to 8:45 a.m.

Tanna Mafnas, Kansas City, Kansas, has been offered a scholarship from Iowa State University, Ames, Iowa.
Mafnas is studying kinesiology and health, and was offered the Mark and Nancy Dyslin Scholarship from the Department of Kinesiology.
