Harmon students hear technology presentation

Brian McClendon, a former Google vice president of engineering who made Kansas the center of Google Earth maps, spoke with students today at Harmon High School in Kansas City, Kansas. Currently a research professor at the University of Kansas, McClendon spoke about the value of science, technology, engineering and math. McClendon told students that jobs in the future will require technology skills, and he showed them how his education and interest in technology led him to a career in the field.
