Donovan Watts, Kansas City, Kansas, a junior in theater at Kansas State University, received honorable mention in dramaturgy recently at the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival for Region 5.
The festival, held in Des Moines, Iowa, was in late January.
Watts also performed in the 10-minute protest play, “Ignorant Silence,” at the event.
Several K-State students were recognized at the ACTS regional festival.
