Two homicide victims on Birch Drive have been identified, according to a spokesman for the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department.
They were victims of a shooting that left two dead Thursday night in the 2200 block of Birch Drive, according to the spokesman.
Samuel Guess, age 14, a resident of Kansas City, Kansas, and Antonio Johnson, age 14, a resident of Kansas City, Kansas, were pronounced dead at the scene of the shooting, the spokesman stated.
The case is under investigation by the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department’s Major Case Unit, the spokesman stated.

A double homicide is under investigation in the 2200 block of Birch, according to a police spokesman.
Kansas City, Kansas, police officers were dispatched to an apartment on a shooting call, according to the spokesman.
When they arrived, officers discovered two juvenile males inside the residence, the victims of apparent gunshot wounds, the spokesman stated. They were pronounced dead at the scene.
Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department detectives are investigating the case, which is in the Major Case Unit.
