Winter weather advisory issued for tonight

Less than an inch of snow fell overnight in Wyandotte County. The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory from 9 p.m. Jan. 26 to 6 a.m. Jan. 27. One to two inches of additional snow is possible tonight, according to the weather service. Residents should plan on slippery road conditions, the weather service said, and give themselves extra time to clean their cars and get to their destinations.
