Where’s the snow?
After a couple of days of hearing dire warnings about an impending Saturday snowstorm, Wyandotte County residents saw a light dusting of snow that didn’t cover the ground this morning. Storm clouds apparently avoided this area for the most part.
The National Weather Service no longer has the area under its winter weather advisory.
However, there is still a 40 percent chance of snow for the rest of the day and a 30 percent chance of snow for tonight, before 11 p.m., according to the weather service forecast.
Temperatures were 33 degrees at 2 p.m. Saturday.
