Accident reported on westbound I-70 at 57th

Westbound I-70 was closed at 57th at about 9:59 p.m. Friday, Jan. 10, for a few hours, because of an accident, according to KC Scout. The accident has since been cleared. Driving conditions were slick as temperatures have fallen to 26 degrees and freezing rain has been falling. Another accident was reported at 10:44 p.m. Friday at westbound I-70 and 7th Street.
