Weather warms to the 40s today

The weather will warm to a high near 41 today, according to the National Weather Service.

Today’s forecast also includes a slight chance of drizzle after 3 p.m., and an east wind of 10 to 15 mph, the weather service said.

For tonight, the low will be around 29 with an east wind of 9 to 14 mph becoming light east northeast after midnight, gusting to as high as 20 mph, according to the weather service. There will be patchy fog after 4 a.m.

Friday, it will be partly sunny with a high near 44 and an east wind of 3 to 7 mph, the weather service said. There may be areas of fog before 9 a.m.

Friday night, there is an 80 percent chance of showers after midnight, with a low of 37, and an east southeast wind of 7 to 14 mph, gusting as high as 22 mph, according to the weather service. Between a quarter-inch and half-inch of rain is possible.

Saturday, there is a 90 percent chance of showers and possibly a thunderstorm before noon, then a chance of showers, the weather service said. The high will be near 55. A southeast wind of 13 to 20 mph wil become west in the afternoon, gusting as high as 36 mph. Between a quarter and a half-inch of new precipitation is possible.

Saturday night, it will be mostly clear, with a low of 29, according to the weather service.

Sunday, it will be sunny, with a high near 43, the weather service said.

Sunday night, it will be mostly clear with a low of 24, according to the weather service.

Monday, it will be sunny with a high near 44, the weather service said.

Monday night, there is a 40 percent chance of snow, with a low of 34, according to the weather service. There could be rain before 9 p.m., a mixture of rain and snow until 11 p.m., then a chance of snow after 11 p.m.

Tuesday, there is a 70 percent chance of rain and snow, with a high near 46, the weather service said.

Tuesday night, there is a 80 percent chance of rain, with a low of 38, according to the weather service.

Wednesday, there is a 50 percent chance of rain, with a high near 53, the weather service said.
