Weather climbs out of the freezer today

Temperatures could reach the 40s on Friday, and into the 50s on Saturday and Sunday, according to the weather service. There is a slight chance of rain Saturday night and a larger chance of precipitation Sunday afternoon, into Monday.

Tonight’s low will be 26 with clear skies and a south southwest wind of 8 to 10 mph, according to the weather service.

Friday, the high will be near 48 with sunny skies and a south southwest wind of 8 to 11 mph, the weather service said.

Friday night, the low will be around 34 with mostly clear skies and a south southwest wind of 9 mph, according to the weather service.

Saturday, patchy drizzle is possible after noon, the weather service said. The high will be near 50 with partly sunny skies and a south southwest wind of 8 mph.

Saturday night, there is a 20 percent chance of rain after midnight, according to the weather service. The low will be around 42 with mostly cloudy skies.

Sunday, there is a 50 percent chance of showers after noon, with a high near 56, the weather service said.

Sunday night, there is a 40 percent chance of showers before midnight, with a low of 32, according to the weather service.

Monday, there is a 30 percent chance of rain and snow showers between noon and 1 p.m., then a chance of rain showers after 1 p.m., the weather service said. The high will be 39.

Monday night, the low will be around 26 with partly cloudy skies, according to the weather service.

Tuesday, the high will be near 41 with mostly sunny skies, the weather service said.

Tuesday night, skies will be partly cloudy with a low of 25, according to the weather service.
