Victims of fatal accident at 59th and Inland identified

Kansas City, Kan., police have identified the victims of the fatality accident on Jan. 9 at South 59th and Inland Drive.

They were Troy Lockard, 42, of Ozark, Mo., and Amy J. Craig, 43, Grandview, Mo., police said.
