The victim of a shooting at 1:31 p.m. Dec. 15 in the 1300 block of North 4th Street has died, according to a Kansas City, Kan., police spokesman.
The victim was identified as DeAndre Goodson, 24, of Kansas City, Kan., police said.
He died at a hospital from injuries sustained in the shooting, police said. Police are investigating the shooting as a homicide.
