The homicide victim from Oct. 31 in the 3100 block of Parkwood Boulevard has been identified, according to police.
The victim was Reneiko Carlisle, 24, a resident of Kansas City, Kan., police said.
The case is under investigation by the Kansas City, Kan., Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division. Anyone with information is asked to call the TIPS hotline at 816-474-TIPS.
