The victim of a motorcycle-school bus accident on Sept. 25 at South 7th Street and Homer has been identified.
The victim was Charles E. Pruitt, 21, according to a spokesman for the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department.
Pruitt was the driver of the motorcycle that struck the side of the school bus, according to police.
Police responded to the accident around 8:44 a.m. Sept. 25 and found the driver of the motorcycle dead at the scene. Passengers on the school bus were not injured, according to a police spokesman.
The accident is under investigation by the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department’s Traffic Support Unit-Critical Collision Response Team.
