Police have identified the victim of a homicide on Nov. 16 in the 200 block of North 15th.
The victim was Larance D. Brown, 25, of Kansas City, Kan., police said.
Police officers found Brown in the back yard of his girlfriend’s home, deceased from an apparent gunshot wound to his back, according to the spokesman.
The Kansas City, Kan., Police Department’s Major Case Unit is investigating. Anyone with information is asked to call the TIPS hotline at 816-474-TIPS.
