The victim of a fatal accident in the 300 block of James Street has been identified, according to a Kansas City, Kan., police spokesman.
Antoine Doran, 27, a resident of Kansas City, Kan., died in the accident, the spokesman said.
On Sunday, Feb. 15, police officers discovered a vehicle under the James Street Bridge that had been involved in an accident.
The accident is under investigation by the Kansas City, Kan., Police Department’s Traffic Support Unit-Critical Collision Response Team.
