The victim of a fatal accident June 13 in the 5900 block of Swartz Road in Kansas City, Kan., has been identified.
Rogelio Fortino Garcia, 37, was a resident of Kansas City, Mo., according to a police spokesman. The victim’s family has been notified.
The accident is under investigation by the Kansas City, Kan., Police Department’s Traffic Support Unit-Critical Collision Response Team.
