The victim of Wednesday morning’s homicide in the 1600 block of Birch has been identified, according to a Kansas City, Kansas, police spokesman.
The victim was Davion Hooper, 35, according to police.
The incident is under investigation by the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department’s Major Case Unit, the spokesman stated.
