A Mazda vehicle was trying to avoid another vehicle in front of it on eastbound I-70 this morning in Kansas City, Kan., and sideswiped a semi that was traveling beside it.
According to the Kansas Turnpike Authority trooper’s report, the 30-year-old Basehor woman driving the Mazda had a possible injury.
The driver of the semi, a 34-year-old man from Apopka, Fla., was not injured, according to the report.
The accident happened about 7:55 a.m. Sept. 8 on I-70 between the Turner Diagonal and 57th Street exits, according to the report.
