Two ramps on the Turner Diagonal will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday to install temporary traffic barriers, according to the Kansas Department of Transportation.
The ramp from southbound Turner Diagonal to eastbound I-70 and the ramp from northbound Turner Diagonal to eastbound I-70 will be closed, weather permitting, a KDOT spokesman stated.
Traffic will be diverted using signs and traffic cones.
A KDOT spokesman urged all motorists to be alert and obey the warning signs when approaching and driving through a highway work zone.
