Two Kansas City, Kan., residents were in a wreck on I-35 on Nov. 20.
The accident happened about 5 p.m. Nov. 20 on I-35 north of 87th Street in Lenexa.
A 2003 Dodge sport utility vehicle driven by a 23-year-old Olathe, Kan., man was northbound following a 2007 Chevy sedan driven by a 58-year-old Kansas City, Kan., man, according to a trooper’s report.
The Chevy slowed for traffic and was hit from behind by the Dodge, according to the Kansas Highway Patrol trooper’s report.
The driver of the Chevy sedan and a 53-year-old Kansas City, Kan., woman in the car were taken to the hospital for possible injuries, according to the report.
The driver of the Dodge and a 45-year-old Olathe passenger were not injured, the report stated.
