Turner Community Library, 831 S. 55th, will remain closed all of Wednesday, according to a spokesman for the Kansas City, Kansas, Public Library.
All other Kansas City, Kansas, Public Library locations will be open. The libraries had a two-hour delay in starting today because of icy weather.
