Trick or treat at the Alcott Arts Center, 180 S. 18th St., Kansas City, Kan., from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Oct. 31. The theme of the event this year is “American Horror Story Side Show Freaks.”
Volunteers are needed to dress in costume and give out candy to children. Donations of candy also were needed.
