Warm temperatures continue here as the high today is expected to be in the mid-50s, according to the National Weather Service.

Above normal temperatures and fair weather are expected through Wednesday, the weather service said.

The next chance for rain will be Wednesday into Thursday morning, with better chances for rain east of I-35 and I-49, according to the weather service.

Today, it will be sunny with a high near 54 and a calm wind becoming southeast around 5 mph in the afternoon, the weather service said.

Tonight, it will be mostly clear with a low of 33 and a south southeast wind of 3 to 6 mph, according to the weather service.

Tuesday, the high will be near 54, with increasing clouds, and a south wind of 6 to 8 mph, the weather service said.

Tuesday night, it will be mostly cloudy, with a low of 41 and a south southwest wind of around 7 mph, according to the weather service.

Wednesday, there will be a 40 percent chance of showers mainly after noon, the weather service said. The high will be near 52 with a south southwest wind of 6 to 8 mph. Less than a tenth of an inch of rain is possible.

Wednesday night, there is a 40 percent chance of showers with a low of 37, according to the weather service. Less than a tenth of an inch of rain is expected.
