Today’s high, 38, with ups and downs through the week

Warmer weather conditions are expected the first half of the week, according to the National Weather Service forecast.

A high of 38 today will be followed by a high of 47 on Tuesday and a high near 55 on Wednesday, according to the forecast.

Then a cold front and possible rain move in Thursday, and temperatures start falling, the weather service said. Friday’s high will be near 40, Saturday, near 26 and Sunday, near 21, according to the weather service.

Today, it will be mostly cloudy, then gradually sunny, with a high near 38 and a north northwest wind of 5 to 8 mph, the weather service said.

Tonight, patchy fog is possible between midnight and 5 a.m., with a low around 24 and a light and variable wind, according to the weather service.

Tuesday, it will be mostly sunny, with a high near 47 and a southeast wind of 3 to 6 mph, the weather service said.

Tuesday night, it will be mostly clear, with a low around 31 and a south southeast wind of 6 mph, according to the weather service.

Wednesday, it will be mostly sunny, with a high near 55 and a south wind of 6 to 14 mph, gusting to 22 mph, the weather service said.

Wednesday night, there is a 20 percent chance of rain after midnight, with a low of 41, according to the weather service.

Thursday, there is a 30 percent chance of rain before noon, with a high near 50, the weather service said.

Thursday night, it will be partly cloudy, with a low of 22, according to the weather service.

Friday, it will be mostly sunny, with a high near 40, the weather service said.

Friday night, it will be mostly cloudy, with a low of 17, according to the weather service.

Saturday, it will be partly sunny, with a high near 26, the weather service said.

Saturday night, it will be partly cloudy, with a low of 8, according to the weather service.

Sunday, it will be mostly sunny, with a high near 21, the weather service said.
