The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm watch from 5:25 p.m. to midnight Wednesday for Wyandotte County.
The storm could include large hail and damaging winds.
Other Kansas counties included in the severe thunderstorm watch are Johnson, Leavenworth, Atchison, Linn and Miami.
