Three Kansas City, Kan., drivers were involved in a multi-vehicle accident this morning on I-435 near Holliday Drive.
The accident was in Johnson County, according to the Kansas Highway Patrol trooper’s report.
According to the trooper’s report, three vehicles were southbound on I-435 about 7:38 a.m. Dec. 8 when the accident occurred.
A Hyundai Crossover sport utility vehicle changed lanes in front of a Chevrolet passenger car, the trooper’s report stated. Then the Chevy struck the rear end of the Hyundai. The Hyundai then spun out and struck the front of a Ford passenger car, according to the report.
The driver of the Ford passenger car, a 45-year-old Kansas City, Kan., woman, had a possible injury and was taken to a hospital, the report said.
The driver of the Hyundai, a 48-year-old woman from Kansas City, Kan., was not injured, the report stated.
The driver of the Chevrolet passenger car, a 33-year-old Kansas City, Kan., man, was not injured, according to the report.
