This week’s high temperatures to be in the 40s to 50s

It will be a bit cooler this week, with highs mostly in the 40s, then moving up to the lower 50s around the weekend, according to the National Weather Service.

Overnight lows are also running about 5 to 10 degrees below normal, with lows in the 20s to lower 30s each night, the weather service said.

Conditions will remain mostly dry throughout the week, except for some light showers south of I-70 on Tuesday, according to the weather service. The next chance for rain may be next weekend.

Today, it will be partly sunny with a high near 47 and an east northeast wind of 7 to 9 mph, the weather service said.

Tonight, the low will be around 33 with a northeast wind of 5 to 7 mph, according to the weather service.

Tuesday, Election Day, there will be a 20 percent chance of showers after noon, the weather service said. The high will be near 43 with a north northeast wind of 7 to 9 mph.

Tuesday night, the low will be around 30, with a north northeast wind of 3 to 7 mph, according to the weather service.

Wednesday, it will be mostly sunny with a high near 46 and a north northeast wind of 5 mph becoming calm in the morning, the weather service said.

Wednesday night, the low will be 31 with mostly clear skies, according to the weather service.

Thursday, the high will be near 50 with sunny skies, the weather service said.

Thursday night, the low will be around 27 with mostly clear skies, according to the weather service.

Friday, it will be mostly sunny with a high near 48, the weather service said.

Friday night, the low will be around 40 with mostly cloudy skies, according to the weather service.

On Saturday, Veterans Day, the high will be near 51 with mostly cloudy skies, the weather service said.

Saturday night, the low will be around 37 with mostly cloudy skies, according to the weather service.

Sunday, expect a high of 53 with mostly sunny skies, the weather service said.
