The Unified Government Commission will meet at 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 25.
On the 7 p.m. agenda are some planning and zoning items, including from the former Woodlands property, as well as from the Turner Logistics Center.
Also on the agenda is the sale of $50.3 million in general obligation improvement municipal temporary notes. The sale of city general obligation improvement bonds of $45.7 million also is on the agenda.
In addition, the UG Commission will consider a resolution to enter into an amended base lease and lease structure with the Public Building Commission to construct capital improvements to the exiting courthouse and adult jail.
