Former Best Buy building changes hands The former Best Buy building, 10500 Parallel Parkway, at Plaza at the Speedway is now being handled by Block and Company Realtors. An investment group headed by Block has acquired the 46,538-square-foot building, which is located on 4.22 acres to the south of Sam’s Club, just north of Parallel Parkway. The building, which has been vacant several years, may be leased to one tenant or it may be divided, according to a Block spokesman. David M. Block led the investment group that initially developed Plaza at the Speedway, and also was involved with the recent transaction.
