The Kansas City T-Bones teamed up with Rotary International clubs to support disaster relief efforts in Texas and Florida recently.

A check for $38,293 was presented to Heart to Heart International from Rotary International District 5710, with the help of the T-Bones.

During the final home series of the 2017 season at CommunityAmerica Ballpark in Kansas City, Kansas, Rotarians and other volunteers collected donations at the stadium.

Comedian Bill Murray, who is a part owner of the St. Paul Saints, who were visiting the T-Bones during the final series, contributed to the fundraising effort with a donation.

Heart to Heart International, based in Lenexa, was founded 25 years ago by Rotarians. T-Bones President Adam Ehlert is Rotary District 5710’s governor.
