A Chevrolet Tahoe rolled over after hitting a guardrail northbound on I-435 near Metropolitan Avenue this morning.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, the accident was at 7:03 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 2, in Wyandotte County.
The trooper’s report stated that the vehicle was northbound on I-435 when the vehicle left the roadway, struck a guardrail, then rolled and struck a KC Scout sign.
The driver, a 45-year-old man from Shawnee, Kan., was injured and taken to a hospital, according to the report.
