Sunny and mild weather today, followed by chance of rain and snow tonight

After a sunny Tuesday with a high near 43, residents may see a chance of rain and snow tonight, mainly between midnight and 3 a.m.

According to the National Weather Service, there is a 30 percent chance of precipitation tonight. Less than a tenth of an inch of precipitation is possible.

For Wednesday, skies will be mostly cloudy with a high near 40. The wind will be from the northwest at 9 to 18 mph, with gusts as high as 28 mph.

Wednesday night, look for a low of 23, with north northwest winds 7 to 14 mph, gusting to 21.

On Thursday, Thanksgiving Day, the forecast is mostly sunny with a high near 38. Thursday night, the low will be around 30.

On Friday, it will be sunny with a high near 56. Friday night, it will be partly cloudy with a low around 30.
