Kansas City, Kansas, police were busy overnight in pursuing stolen vehicles.
At 11:23 p.m. Thursday, police chased a stolen vehicle at Mill and Kansas, when officers tried to stop a car for speeding and the driver did not yield.
According to a police spokesman, the car traveled east to State Line, the chase was terminated and the driver was in Missouri.
The spokesman stated that it was determined later that the car was stolen out of Shawnee, Kansas. No arrest was made.
In another chase, police pursued a stolen vehicle out of Missouri at 12:55 a.m. Friday at 27th and Lafayette, according to the police spokesman.
The chase was terminated at I-635 and K-5, the spokesman stated. There were no arrests.
