Fans were gathering at Children’s Mercy Park in Kansas City, Kansas, before the beginning of the Sporting KC match with Portland tonight.
Marissa Richardson and Heather Raszka from St. Joseph, Mo., regularly attend the Sporting KC matches.
“We are here because a friend of mine is going to propose,” Richardson said. “We really love coming to the games out here.”
