Some Metro buses are delayed, although they are running regular routes, according to an announcement from the Kansas City Area Transportation Authority.
Of more than 150 buses on the road, about one-fourth were running 10 or more minutes behind schedule, a spokesman said.
Road conditions may get worse and delays may increase.
