The Unified Government Commission will be asked tonight to approve the agreement with OnGoal for the U.S. Soccer National Training Center near 98th and Parallel Parkway to State Avenue.
It is a $64 million project with several parts, including a training center, other buildings, and several fields.

The meeting is at 7 p.m. April 9 at City Hall, Commission Chambers, lobby level, 701 N. 7th St., Kansas City, Kan.
Also on the agenda is approval of using $65,000 from the 2015 Hollywood Casino grant funding and $10,000 from the 2016 casino grant funding that had been designated for the UG Parks and Recreation Department to fund the 8th Street Family YMCA operations from April 2015 through April 2016.
Another item is a recommendation to consolidate the Kansas City, Kan., Chamber of Commerce with the Wyandotte Economic Development Council and the Kansas City, Kan., Convention and Visitors Bureau.
Other items on the agenda include a request that UG employees and contractors be notified about compliance with codes and regulations that apply to the design, engineering and construction of public projects.
The UG Commission also will be asked to amend the master equipment lease purchase agreement for acquiring and installing equipment.
Another resolution would authorize the sale of UG-owned property at 1207 and 1217 N. 5th St. to GDC Financial Group, LLC.
The commission also will be asked to approve a resolution stating the 82nd and Tauromee storm sewer enhancement is necessary, and authorize a survey.
Also on the agenda are several Land Bank items.
