The National Weather Service has moved up the time that snow might start today.
According to the weather service, rain is possible before 3 p.m., then rain and snow after that.
A winter weather advisory is in effect from 3 p.m. today until 6 p.m. Saturday. That is a change from the earlier forecast of a 6 p.m. start time.
