A Silver Alert has been issued for Ebuga Saidi, 76.
According to the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department, Saidi was last ween wearing a red jacket, white striped shirt, white pants and red-and-white socks.
Police said Saidi was last seen in the area of his doctor’s office near 12th and Central in Kansas City, Kansas. He was dropped off for a doctor’s appointment at 10 a.m. Dec. 18, but never made it to the appointment, and has not been seen since, police said.
Saidi is nearly blind and has another medical condition that requires continuous treatment, according to police. He also speaks Swahili only; he does not speak English.
He is described as 5-6, 110 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
