A Silver Alert for a Kansas City, Kan., resident, 85-year-old Jose Santos Cervantes-Ibarra, has been canceled, according to police.
A spokesman for the Kansas City, Kan., Police Department said police located him at 7th Street and Manor Crest Drive.
He was taken to a hospital for observation and is in stable condition, police said.
