Victims were leaving a party when gunshots were fired about 2:50 a.m. Nov. 2 in the 1300 block of Washington Boulevard, according to a social media post by the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department.
One of the rounds struck a victim’s vehicle, police stated. The victims, who were not injured, said they did not think they had been targeted on purpose.
