A shooting has been reported Thursday afternoon near the 5600 block of Parkview, according to a spokesman for the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department.
The victim, a male, was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, the spokesman stated.
Police are investigating the exact circumstances of the shooting. Detectives are asking anyone with information to call the TIPS hotline at 816-474-TIPS.
