A man in his late 50s was found dead from an apparent gunshot wound about 6:36 p.m. Monday, Dec. 21, in the 2500 block of North 18th Street, according to a Kansas City, Kansas, police spokesman.
When police arrived at the location, they found the man dead from a gunshot wound, the spokesman stated.
There is no suspect in custody at this time, according to the spokesman.
The incident is under investigation by the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department’s Major Case Unit, which is asking anyone with information to call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-TIPS.
