The National Weather service has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for Wyandotte County from 9:50 p.m. Saturday through 5 a.m. Sunday.
Wyandotte, Johnson, Leavenworth and Miami counties also are under the severe thunderstorm watch in Kansas. In Missouri, Jackson, Clay, Platte and Ray counties also are under the severe thunderstorm watch. Several other counties in Kansas and Missouri also are under the watch.
It was raining at 9:50 p.m. in Wyandotte County.
