A severe thunderstorm watch has been issued for Wyandotte County and the surrounding area for now through 4 a.m. Saturday, according to the National Weather Service.
Strong to severe thunderstorms will be possible this evening into the overnight across eastern Kansas and the northern half of Missouri, according to the weather service.
