Several planning and zoning items on Jan. 30 UG Commission agenda

Besides an increase in stormwater rates, on the agenda for the Thursday, Jan. 30, Unified Government Commission meeting are some planning and zoning items.

The meeting will be at 7 p.m. Jan.30 in the Commission Chambers, lobby level, City Hall, 701 N. 7th St., Kansas City, Kansas.

Also on the agenda is an item dealing with a logistics park for warehouse, distribution and light manufacturing at 747 N. 69th St.

There also is a public hearing on a resolution to issue industrial revenue bonds of up to $5.5 million for Premier Investments. The location of the Premier Investments industrial facility is at 1101 S. 5th St.

Before the 7 p.m. meeting, the UG Commission will meet in a special session at 5 p.m. Jan. 30 in the fifth floor conference room at City Hall to hold a priority-based budgeting workshop.

Besides the stormwater rate increase, other items on the 7 p.m. Jan. 30 UG Commission meeting agenda include:
