Serious injuries were reported in a wrong-way accident at 8:30 p.m. Friday in Kansas City, Kansas, according to a Kansas Highway Patrol trooper’s report.
A Ford F-150 was traveling the wrong way in the I-35 and Mission Road ramp area Friday when it struck a Honda Accord head-on, according to the report. The Honda was on the ramp from Mission Road to northbound I-35.
The driver of the Honda Accord, a 55-year-old man from Chillicothe, Missouri, had a possible serious injury and was taken to a hospital, the trooper’s report stated.
A 47-year-old Chillicothe, Missouri, woman who was a passenger in the Accord had a possible serious injury and was taken to the hospital, according to the trooper’s report.
A 42-year-old Grain Valley, Missouri, man who was a passenger in the Accord had a possible minor injury and was taken to a hospital, according to the trooper’s report.
A 46-year-old Grain Valley, Missouri, woman who was a passenger in the Accord had a possible minor injury and was taken to a hospital, the trooper’s report stated.
The driver of the Ford F-150, a 49-year-old Olathe, Kansas, man, had no apparent injury, the trooper’s report stated.
